We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these provisions.
Our Content: a. Exclusive Content: The Service and all Intellectual Property Rights therein are the exclusive property of Godfrey Mindset ("Exclusive Content"). You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Exclusive Content without explicit permission. b. Enhancements and Plugins: Godfrey Mindset owns or has rights to all intellectual property rights in any enhancements or custom plugins it develops. c. Feedback: If you provide us with feedback, you grant us the right to use it freely, and we may disclose it without any obligation to you.
Messaging: You may send messages through the Service to other users or third parties ("Messages"). Godfrey Mindset may also send administrative messages to you and other users.
Copyright Policy: Respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of third parties when using the Service.

Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. Payments are nonrefundable. e. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your activity and use of the Service. Each provision is independent, and failure to enforce any term does not waive our rights. Force majeure events may affect Service availability. Notices should be sent to the address specified. Godfrey Mindset may use your name and content for promotional purposes.
